DESCRIPTION:
I had the luxury of seeing "Weird Al" Yankovic and his band and stage show play the American Music Theatre in Lancaster, PA on July 14th, 2011. We had great seats towards the front and the show lasted almost 2 ½ hours! Weird Al would play a song in full costume and then the audience would watch a large screen which played a movie of sorts with him conducting fake interviews with celebrities and cuts from his videos, all while he got himself and the stage ready for the next costume and song. I was able to film an hour and 15 minutes and got every song he had a costume on for (there were 2 others I think where he did just polka) and I got the entire grand finale. At one point he went running through the theatre and messed with the crowd, which I got all of as well. Honestly I liked a few of his hits and my wife who went was the bigger fan but after seeing his performance I think Weird Al is one of the best performers I have ever seen. If you have a chance to go see it live do it, you will not regret it.
