Megalodon teams up with P Money and Blacks in an epic new VIP of ‘Rage Quit’ and doubles up the release package with the brand new ‘Battle Mode’, out on Never Say Die Records.

Megalodon had this to say:

“I started working on the concept for the ‘Rage Quit VIP’ several months ago. I was already messing around with the idea of using 808s on the drop, along with a drill influenced intro. When P Money & Blacks approached me for a collaboration I handed off the idea to them and they instantly smashed it. I've always been a huge fan of their work so it was great to finally get them on a track. The bassline is simple with just a nice clean comb filter. Nothing fancy but sometimes some of the best noises come from simple synthesis.

With ‘Battle Mode’ I had a lot of fun messing around with an off time bass pattern leading into a heavy 808 sub line. I used a more rhythmic intro that is a bit more grime influenced and give the tune more character. Both tunes have done serious damage on my most recent tours, very pleased how both tuned out!”
