The latest offering from Classicworks sees label bosses Cardopusher and Nehuen lock horns for a split offering of bunker-rattling techno. Referencing their love for meditative, hypnotic rhythm patterns and analogue synths, the producers focus on simple elements and formulas to create four tracks that are an essential addition to modern warehouse rave-ups.

Things start to get rough when Cardopusher kicks in with 'Hyperwave', which sees bouncy 303s against harsh drum machine bursts. 'Heatseeker', an overdriven, lofi acid track, exposes the producers love for analogue kicks of early hardcore and techno.

Nehuen gets things deep and textural with 'Non Verbal Thinking', relying on simple progressions washed in dirty reverb and echoing squarewaves. 'Mind Chats' comes in a warehouse mood full of white noise and acid baselines.
