DESCRIPTION:
I was doing a bit of construction work for the government last week, and when I lifted the concrete floor of the research facility I found a metal container buried beneath it.
It looked like a time capsule, but obviously it wasn't as the date stamped on it was 2058.
Inside was a small plastic square with what looked like a circuit etched in gold.
I got a mate to look at it and after a few days he got back to me with this.
Can anyone explain what the footage is.
