Knell - "Bright Lights" Australis Records

Artist city, country: Santiago, Chile

Artist Biography: Knell was formed in Santiago,Chile on 2006 by Luis Zapata and Mario Pino. Along with the guitar player Sebastián Ormeño and the drummer Juan Etchegaray they recorded the first band demo Screams from the Mind. This one includes the songs: Knell, Mental Storm, The Truth Will set us Free and Black Dream.
During February of 2008 the second demo is recorded, called Knell of Conciousness, this time with the participation of Gonzalo Bertrán (Funeral in Autumnn)This included the songs A.Z., Silent Souls, Epsaldops and Dead Thoughts.
Luis Zapata and Mario Pino, along with Jorge Ovalle (Karma Catharsis) and Jefferson Cartagena, both joining the band in the beginning of 2010, compose the Zero Hour album songs. This album was recorded, mixed and mastered at FM studio on 2012, all work done by Franco Maestri.
This album included 8 songs. The art was done by Ani Artwork and designed to be published in digipack format by Australis Records.
Currently, Knell is planning future presentations to promote the record, besides the creation of promotional material and new compositions.
