Saint Seiya game is an adaptation from famous manga written by Masami Kurumada
with the same title which later became an anime series. The anime series
itself was still airing in Japan TV while I wrote this FAQ.
Though Saint Seiya history has walked through decade, only a few games were
found to be related with this series, and Saint Seiya Ougon Densetsu was
the first one. The latest Saint Seiya game was made for PS2 system.
Personally, I think Saint Seiya Ougon Densetsu game was not well managed.
Those who never watched Saint Seiya anime series might found that this
game is stupid and boring. It's rather impossible for a newbie to finish
this game in one time run, unless they use walkthrough or some cheat
codes. However, if you're a big fan of Saint Seiya series or just a game
mania who seek for challenge, then you can use this walkthrough to help
you out, especially because this game is in Japanese language only

Like a common RPG game, your character power is divided into several aspects
(such as attack, defense, HP, MP, etc.) and expressed by number. In this
game, though you will have 5 characters, there is only one character stats
and that belong to Seiya. Other characters are assumed to have similar power
as Seiya, though they're practically always weaker than Seiya.

COSMO
Cosmo is required for using Pegasus cloth, performing attack - defense,
and viewing enemy stats. Cosmo can be converted into damage points, where
2 cosmo point equal to 1 damage point. The maximum number of cosmo that
can be displayed on the screen is 999, but actually you can have more than
999 cosmo. So even when you have 2000 cosmo, for example, the screen
will only display 999.

DAMAGE
Damage point is similar to hit point in RPG, where your character will die
if his damage point reach zero. Damage point can be added by taking some
cosmo point (1 damage = 2 cosmo), and also can be transferred to become
cosmo point.

AP - Attack Power
AP determine your attack power. Make sure you make it maximum as soon as
possible.

MP - (?)
I don't know about this abbreviation since this game doesn't distinguish
between physical attack and magical attack. Suppose that a veteran believe
that Pegasus Ryuuseiken special move is a magical thing, then filling AP,
DP, and HP, but leaving MP blank, is enough to perform Pegasus Ryuuseiken.
All I know that this stats enhances your attack power.

DP - Defense Power
DP determines your defense power against enemy attack. Larger number means
smaller damage that you receive when taking enemy attack. Make sure you
make it maximum as soon as possible.
