DESCRIPTION:
It's sure to be a rootsy, jammy good time on Saturday, November 17 for the 7th Annual Little BIG Fest. Hosted by the Greater Des Moines Music Coalition (DMMC), this festival showcases local and regional bands in the genres of roots, jam, blues, bluegrass, folk, alt-county and acoustic.

This year's Little BIG Fest will be taking place in the East Village, with stages at both Wooly's (504 East Locust Street, Des Moines, IA 50309) and House of Bricks (525 East Grand Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50309). In addition, we are excited to announce a third, free stage added to this year's festivities which will be located at The Underground (500 East Locust Street, Des Moines, IA 50309) and will feature three acts from 8pm-12am.

Not only did we add a third stage, but we've also added some great acts to this year's lineup. Be sure to check out the dubstep beats of SUBliminal Chaos and Little BIG Fest veterans Rebel Creek. Best of Fools and Obsidian's Dream will keep you jamming and on your feet, while The Colt Walkers showcase roots and blues, and Aquamarine Dream Machine gets things psychedelic.
