After the release of their widely acclaimed debut album, "Bless You", in 2008, Lulu Rouge quickly emerged as one of the most loved and respected producer teams in Northern Europe. Torsten Jacobsen and Thomas Bertelsen (aka Buda & T.O.M.) fuses techno and dub with the gritty melancholy of the Scandinavian winter, while the bass is so deep and heavy it makes the ground rumble.

Their tracks are featured on more than 100 compilations and are licensed to high profile adverts as well as prime time TV shows like American HBO show 'Eastbound' and English 'Top Gear'. Their remix credits include Trentemøller, Groove Armada, Bomb The Bass and Moby and many more. And they have played a long series of successful DJ sets and live performances at festivals all over the continent, a.o. Roskilde, Sonar and Eurosonic.

When DJ'ing, the duo never play any tracks in their original form. They only play their own edits and bootleg mixes, custom made for their sets. And as a live act, the Lulu Rouge sound really comes to its right elements with their famous heavy bass sound flooding the room. Played with live instruments, guest musicians and space for improvisation.
