Prendete una bella fetta di numetal anni 90, e tritatela. Mischiatela assieme ad un bel po' di quel nuovo filone metal comunemente chiamato metalcore, amalgamate con qualche sana melodia che non guasta mai e farcite il tutto con un pizzico di scratch ed elettronica. Avete così ottenuto una granitica porzione di More Than Murder.

Come nella vita siamo circondati da belle favole e spaventose verità, così nella loro musica i MTM tentano di esprimere quel dualismo male/bene che sta in ogni cosa.

Nata verso la fine del 2005 la combo patavino/veneziana, ha varcato in lungo e in largo le province venete, solcando anche palchi significativi (NewAgeClub, LaGabbia, Banale, YourbanCLub,Curtarock) e sputando fuori durante le loro esibizioni la loro grinta ed energia.

Dopo due demo all’attivo autoprodotti, il primo nel 2006, il secondo un anno dopo, sono giunti nel 2008 all’attuale line-up di 5 elementi: Manuel Gallo (batteria), Matteo Levorato (basso), Marco Gavagnin (chitarra), Nicola Guadagnin (voce) e Mathias Meloni (scratch & sinth). Verso la fine del 2008 hanno cominciato la stesura dei brani per il loro LP di debutto ufficiale “Rising the Hate”, realizzato durante il 2009. Il disco è stato registrato e mixato presso Flameout Studio, e ultimato presso il Majestic Studio, mentre per la produzione e distribuzione la band si è affidata alla Hot Steel Records.

Per la band, unita da un'amicizia che è la colonna vertebrale del gruppo, quasi un centinaio di live finora all'attivo in cui melodia e aggressività si alternano e si scontrano.

I MTM sapranno darvi schiaffi e carezze, perché in ogni caso tutti ce le meritiamo entrambe .

Take a big slice of 90s numetal and chop. Mix it together with a lot of this new metal genre commonly called metalcore, blend it with some sound melody that won’t do any arm and stuff it all with a bit of scratch and electronics. You've just got a granitic portion of More Than Murder.

As in life we are surrounded by good fairy tales and frightening truths, so in their music MTM attempt to express the dualism bad/good that is rooted in everything.

Founded in late 2005, the Paduan / Venetian combo, has performed throughout the provinces of the north-east of Italy, playing even on important stages (NewAgeClub, LaGabbia, Banale, YourbanCLub, Curtarock) and spitting out their fighting spirit and energy during their performances.

After two self-produced EP, the first in 2006 and the second a year later, they defined in 2008 the current line-up of 5 elements: Manuel Gallo (drums), Matteo Levorato (bass), Marco Gavagnin (guitar) Nicola Guadagnin (voice) and Mathias Meloni (scratch & sinth).

Towards the end of 2008 they began writing the songs for their first official LP "Rising the Hate", entirely arranged during 2009. The album was recorded and mixed at Flameout Studio, and finalized at the Majestic Studio, while for the production and the distribution the band addressed to Hot Steel Records.

The band, united by a friendship that is the backbone of the group, performed in a hundred lives so far, in which melody and aggressiveness alternate and clash.

MTM will give you slaps and caresses, because in any case we all deserve both.
