Hannover's funky phenomenons, Ralf Drosemeyer and Mark Wetzler, are back with their Mo' Horizons project, and sounding in fine form on this new album. Mixing Latin funk with nu-jazz production is what they best - whether it be the soft and sultry "So On" or the cheeky Cumbia of opener "Banana No Mas". There are even excursions into klezmer on "Koito Pie Bira" - done in a Latin stylee with a killer breakbeat buried within - while good ol' fashioned funk gets a hefty look-in on the Hammond-driven "Make It Real".
