The founder of WOH Lab and motor of electronic culture in South of France continues his musical experiments with his new EP "Doomsday". This maxi subtly mixes soul, modern and organic sounds to threaten, not the end of the world, but a veritable apocalypse on the dancefloor.
With this maxi, the indie label is moving away from the house and underground productions which made it's name, in order to go along with Greg Delon's experimental change of direction in this collaboration with Mister K. This maxi, while echoing the artist's famous drum patterns, marks a break with his previous releases. The EP, a personal composition which promises to be the fulfillment of the artist, marks the pursuit of a human and musical adventure which began this summer with Mister K. The house guru has harnessed Mister K's incredible talent and energy on this fresh, sunny pop track, turning it into a disco anthem, a long way away from his usual work on the hardcore metal scene.
We imagine that the term «Doomsday» represents the last jugdement, for Greg Delon and Mister K it's meaning is nothing short of an apocalypse on the dancefloor. With its smiley riff , a punchy rhythm and its sparkling melody, the duo give us an electrifying sound, creating a heady pop hit, the perfect antidote to wintry gloom and fatalism. On «Doomsday», the duo present a perfect soundtrack to an endless summer, tested and approved through many parties at Wanderlust's, in the cellars of Social Club, via the hold of the I-boat and countless Mediterranean beaches.

Realisation : Yoann Galiotto
