I was offered this at a discounted price for an honest review, this has had no baring on how I like the product

This is a very small amplifier, made to fit in the car, however with a 12 volt adaptor you could use it at home with a set of speakers, I’ve a youtube video which shows it working with a standard pair of speakers, plugged in to a standard universal 12 volt mains adaptor.

You have a set of standard RCA inputs, you can pretty much connected anything to these, you also have a 3.5mm Aux input, again pretty much anything will work with this.
The amplifier also has an FM tuner, rotary dial control to tune the stations, that’s where I think it would struggle in a car, as you’d have to have the amplifier to hand to tune a station, most I’ve seen have been installed in the boot.

Sound quality is great, remember this is under £17 so you’re not getting a 1000 watt amp which will shake the car, for a 20 watt amp I thought it delivered a good bass, treble and musical sound.

A great little amplifier, ideal for home, I’m going to have it under my PC, with the PC, Ipod connected and easy to get at FM tuner.
