The history of Militian
The band is Damián in the vocals, Ramon in the guitars, Botas in the guitars, Sergio in the bass, and Omar in the drums.
It was the year of 2003, and Ramon was looking for a guitarist, a bassist, a drummer, and some vocals, (almost nothing ja). Well it was in the school when he met Botas (who looked for the same), the thing was to make a classic thrash metal band. So the names of the band started to flow and after two weeks of intensive search, until one day when Ramon & Botas were listening to Metallica´s Metal Militia Ramón said.- ¿¿Why dont we name the band Militian??, so theres why the band is called Militian.
The problem was that they needed a bassist and a drummer cause they could manage with the vocals for a while. Influenced by another band witch Ramón played once, they knew a drummer, so they played metallica´s covers in parties and shit jaja
So they saw that the parties were good and that the people liked it so they started to search for a real drummer and all the things that they needed, in the meanwhile, they started to make songs as Belic Prays, Blinded by Blasphemy & Thrash on Blood
Totally inspired in bands like Destruction, Sodom & Kreator
So they continued to make songs, all that came to their heads was right, it was aggressive and powerful.
After 2 years of intensive search of musicians for the band, Botas met Damian, he talked to them, saw that it was good and he joined the band, he also introduced Omar to them , who was looking for an original, serious band. He liked their music and decided to join the band.
So then damian showed them the Brutal Death Melodic Underground Metal and they liked it, so Botas started to make more songs of this new stile, and Ramon joined it with the thrasher roots that he had.
The problem again was that they needed a bassist so after a huge and I really mean huge search, they founded Sergio, and he also listened to the music and he liked it so he joined the band.
Thats the birth of Militian
