Battle of the Blues - Regional Finals for Western region, July 17, 2012, Guitar Center at the Block at Orange, Orange, CA.
There were 5 contestants - winners of the previously held five District Finals - judged by a panel of 3 judges (they are introduced at the end of the video at 16:11).
Contestants in order they were drawn to perform:

Daniel Newell 12:46
Daniel was declared a winner and will be moving on to National Finals.

Unfortunately I don't know the last names of the players, hence the first names as they were heard at introductions before performances. I'll be happy to update the information as(if) it becomes available.
