DESCRIPTION:
Brian Eno: Conversation with Umbrella, Tape Recorder, Record Player, Overhead-Projector and Michael Engelbrecht. After an introduction, Eno appears at 4:37. ** Revenue from the ads goes to the rights holders of some of the music played and Google, not the University. ** This conversation/lecture took place on Saturday 29th August 1998, and was the second event to mark the opening of Eno's "Future Light-Lounge Proposal" installation at the Kunst- und Ausstellungshalle (KAH) in Bonn, Germany. Eno discussed some of his current thinking and later played some records on a gramophone.

The event was streamed live using RealVideo streaming technology, and then archived on the KAH's web-site. As that link no longer works, and many people do not have the software to play Real videos anyway, the University has preserved the file for a YouTube audience.
