DESCRIPTION:
Michael Gungor Band singing and playing "Battlecry" at Acquire the Fire to win this generation for Christ.... yes, it's a battle that needs to be won. Also to win the battle within ourselves to be true followers of Christ and not to be "cultural christians". ATF was a 3-day conference that consisted of learning the bible, prayer, music, a skit, followed by a message by Ron. Some of the questions raised at ATF during Ron's message were, "With all the things in the world that try to take and pull us away from Him, how much time do we give to God?" and "How do we maintain God and his teachings in our hearts, minds, and souls in our daily lives at work, school, home, etc?" The first question was a personal response and the second was an answer found in the bible ... Proverbs 7:2-4. If we are constantly reminded of him, we won't forget...write God's words/verses/ teachings everywhere...stickers, mirrors, lockers, bedroom, picture,sticky notes,cell phone cover, purse, wallets, shirts, computer, ipod cover, notebooks, bracelet, songs, walls, etc..as Ron had declared at ATF, "create a world where you remember who you are, you are a child of God".
