I decided to remaster the sound as best as i could and bring new life to this forgotten collection of theta brainwave music.

I have been blessed with allot of great comments and fans here on youtube so i wanted to offer a classic collection in full for my youtube fans and people alike.

THINGS TO KNOW

Best way to use these is by laying down with eyes closed ( the video is not meant to be watched) relax and allow the sound and brainwave frequencies to take you on your own personal sound journey and meditative experience.

1) WORKS with or without Headpnones " i highly recommend you use a good pair.

2) Remember LISTENING to this very loud can actually interfere with a good deep stimulating experience so adjust volume levels to your comfort.

3) Be comfortable and pay attention to your breathing as you dive deeper into a relaxing physical and mental state.

4) You can try these in the morning mid day or at night. Remember to cover your eyes with a light shirt or even a clean sock( or whatever you find) to not allow any light into your eyes. This will result in a deeper experience.

5) Can be used to relieve one self of stress from many daily things and get a clear mind. fight fatigue by recharging your muscles and body with a power nap ( theta meditation).
