The Mellon Bank started out in 1996, through Giusex (vocals and bass) and Ted (backing vocals and guitars). Bonettu is the latest behind the drumset in a long series of line up changes. The trio, which admittedly shares a fascination for vintage / fuzzed out sounds, plays a loud punky roll influenced by the likes of The Ramones, The Fleshtones, The Barracudas and The Libertines. The band comes off a lenghty series of demos and albums. 2008 is the year of release for their newest EP, entitled WHO CARES ABOUT ROCK N ROLL?, which features seven tracks of hard-kicking punky anthems recorded, edited and mastered at the CRIMSON DOME STUDIOS
