This is the shortened country version Kay and I wrote to bring the song within the shorter time constraints dictated by the songwriting gurus, and also to help people who want to use the song at a wedding, but need something shorter. I personally think it rushes the story, but some may just love it. This song was written for my son's and now daughter-in-law's wedding, and was first heard there.
