DESCRIPTION:
This is the second of 3 Sonic The Hedgehog compilation albums I have made. Volume 2 features more hacked music from actual games and less fan music with a shift away from the Sonic 1 & 2 sound and adopts the harder percussion sounding Sonic 3 & Knuckles.

Simply put, the music on this album mostly comes from 3 early Sonic rom hacks, none of which have ever been finished. Sonic Megamix 3.0, Sonic Megamix 4.0, Sonic 2 Advanced Edit and Sonic Zeta Overdrive. For some reason I found this album the hardest of the 3 to put together, I found it more difficult to find fan music that used the Sonic 3 & Knuckles drum kit instead of the Michael Jackson/Brad Buxer noises. My personal least favourite compilation album out of the 3 which is why I uploaded it last. Maybe you might find something about this album more satisfying than the other 2.

All tracks recorded from Youtube, Gens, Kega Fusion and MP3 files straight onto a blank recordable audio CD-R disc and played back on an actual SEGA Mega-CD add on. Once again, this is one of those rare occasions that I used emulation for the recording source.
