Several years ago I was standing behind a bar polishing glasses, watching a young fella, well dressed, in a booth eating his pizza while his face was actually buried in it. I laughed. He mustered every last bit of energy he had to look up at me and say "What c**t?!" ..cheese dripping from his face.. and all I could think was, "it ain't new kiddo". I had my time in the same spot..perhaps never actually laying in a pizza.. But I'd been there and I learnt from it.

Doctorshopping is a song about respecting the fact that you are learning to grow and evolve so you should never dismiss the fact that somebody has always been there before. It's about acknowledging your predicament with good humour."
