frisky Records is back with their 53rd overall release this week. Well known DJ/Producer Faskil has taken over the label manager duties and his first project is from Japanese producer Masashi Hisataka.

'Low Voltage' is Masashi's newest original and it comes with remixes from: Makotrax and Alkama.

Masashi's original mix has been in the Release Promo Hype chart top 10 for 2 straight weeks now and it's not hard to see why. 'Low Voltage' comes with a huge amount of dancefloor punch, from the hard, chunky bassline, processed vocal snips to the steel drums and dark, brooding vibe that is absolutely wicked this tune is a surefire dancefloor smash!

Fellow Japanese producer Makotrax returns to frisky Records and provides the first remix on the package. Makotrax is one of coolest up and coming producers in Japan at the moment, his blend of melodic progressive house and tough techno is quite refreshing and unique. For his 'Low Voltage' remix Makotrax has kept the dark ominous vibe of the original until the main breakdown where a lovely melodic lead comes in and plays really well of the noisy synth elements and tough foundation of the track. Top stuff from Makotrax!

The extremely versatile French producer and some time Faskil collaborator Alkama provides the final remix on the package. Alkama has delivered a slightly housier interpretation that comes with some hypnotic lead stabs, a tough crunchy sound and an overall brilliant groove. It begins with a much lighter vibe than the previous two versions but it eventually grows into a beast of a track. The emergance of some softly textured chords gives the tune an understated yet epic vibe that should should see some great dancefloor moments.
