DESCRIPTION:
Does one DAW (recording program) produce better recordings than another? It's obvious that different DAWs have different abilities, features and plugins that will greatly effect the results you get in your mix, but shouldn't each DAW have the same recording quality if set to the same sample rate and bit depth? In this video I compare the recording quality of Audacity vs Adobe Audition vs Reaper and see if the .WAV files sound better or worse in any particular software. I come to my own conclusion, but I'll let you decide for yourself.
