DESCRIPTION:
this is my wonderful de gier "soulmate" 5-string strung with thomastik flatwounds. it has an alder body, very light, a rosewood fretboard and a nordstrand pickup. this bass is made by sander de gier in schiedam, the netherlands. a stunning, incredible bass that sounds like a perfect, old p-bass.
i recorded this little jam with a jule monique preamp, made by jule potter in california. a great combination, i would say!
