An in the moment "live" take with my niece and one of our Hoodwink records artists from Aurora Dan Calabrese now with Johnny Ross and the Wild. We had a blast this year with more of our next generation performing thanks to the leadership of our singer/songwriter son Michael Panacci and the friends that joined him. We also had inspiring performances from several of the Simcoe Hall Kidz music program singer/songwriters. Huge talent here and they give back inspiring South Oshawa Kidz to the empowerment of music and songwriting. One of the hardest working songwriters I know George Douglas came in from Woodstock with talented family to share some of his new tunes with us - very nice and we had two up and coming singers - family - in the under 12 age group start the show - the girls were wonderful and we might see amazing things from them in a few years, Songwriting is about sharing best and most profound lived moments with others - it's an art form and we that write are proud to create in that spirit. Thanks to everyone that came out - we try to turn this little songwriter back room into a stage where everyone is in the band and that happened a couple of times this year which is the "magic" every songwriter hopes for.
