This now has a dual title. I created this mix a few years ago before I beat depression. At that time, one of the things I would do during an episode is create something and since I work with music and social media, the logical options were to create music and web sites to release that bad energy so it would not damage me as much.

A couple of weeks ago, I edited my DJ mix by changing the frequency to 528Hz. 528Hz frequency is one of the frequencies that sustain nature and promotes love as well as healing.
