Manny Pacheco & Toque Final: (Musical Biography) The Second Child of Manuel and Alicia Pacheco. Manny musically inclined, since the age of 5, Manny began playing guitar piano & cuatro inspired by the melodious and contagious musical styles of his Puerto Rican Heritage. By the age of 9, Manny was already attracted to the styles of Latin Stars such as, Carlos Santana and already experimented, as Santana did, in the inter-action of musical rhythms and styles, a term later described as "cross-over". By blending his Latin roots with the popular Gospel, Soul, and R&B sounds of the 60's and 70's, Manny formed a group called Creacin AKA Nabori. The Group featured songs which combined English Lyrics with Salsa chord Progressions, and percussion instrumentation. In 1990, Manny recorded his first demo, which immediately attracted the attention of Miami Radio Disk Jockey, Danny Peguero. As a result, Manny recorded, with the Glen Vargas Orchestra, an album produced by Papo Lucca. Manny Pacheco now leads his Latest Band and recording studio combo, "Toque Final (Final Touch)". His music style has delighted Salsa lovers throughout the entire New Jersey, New York, East to West and has attracted Salsa lovers in Puerto Rico to his unique style of Salsa. Manny's last album "Somos Novios" has a contagious formula of exciting lyrics, innovative arrangements with a swing that can't be beat! His new and upcoming Productions will continue to delight audiences throughout, confirming Manny Pacheco and his "Toque Final Band" success into the millennium.
