----Drifting out of Chicago’s burgeoning psychedelic beat scene into modernist pop territory, Working Girl have been seeking out the hidden paths in between since late 2013.

Debut release, the Sailing West EP, comes as a heavy weight five track package : four songs and an instrumental interlude, with varying tempos and moods, all of it held together with an understated but assured sense of purpose.

A Four track Remix EP comes with a hypnotic, VERY slo-mo disco interpretation of Naomi from Italo head Fabrizio Mamarella, driven along by a bassline that sounds like something Moroder cooked up in the middle a particularly sludgey K hole.
