Now that hype for Sun & Moon has died down, time for me to put out a remix! This one took forever to get out, but hopefully all the time put into it was worth it! Really proud of this one and I hope you guys enjoy my take on the theme of Malie City!

Soooooooo...... heh. VEEEERRRYYYY different take on Malie's theme as you can probably here, but it's the norm here on my channel! I loved Malie City's theme before anyone even heard it. I specifically remember being hyped for the music of the soon-to-be Malie and Konikoni when the Alola region map was first revealed and I saw their Asian vibe, so when they finally released I was immediately hooked. I just had to remix Malie!

And even though the original is beautiful, with its soothing and calm tone in both Day and Night, I thought that such a bustling city would appreciate a lively take! I went for a J-pop vibe evidently, because of Malie's inspiration as a city. I changed up the chrod progression so I had to tweak the melody here and there, but it's definitely still recognisable. Definitely had a lot of trouble trying to progress with the theme because of the chord progression, but once I put some original stuff down, it was pretty easy to finish!

Thanks everyone for all the support~ Since the last upload we got past 5K subs, which is AMAZING, and I still can't believe it. I definitely can't wait to see what the rest of the year holds. But, I do have to say that uploads are going to suffer severely this year, hopefully I'll able to get stuff out once a fortnight, looking at it now though, I'll be lucky to get even one upload out a month. But fear not! I will definitely try my best and hopefully this year will be great!
