Shot on location across Europe and America by cinematographer O. Griest; featuring luminous performances by his children and wife; transferred and preserved by noted cinematic archivist Roger Bosse; digitally edited by author and filmmaker Eric Bosse; and scored by Nathan Lofties' visionary band Magnificent Bird--"Superdark" has been some sixty years in the making.

NOTE: No animals were harmed in the making of this film. The music, on the other hand, was distilled from the tears of an untold number of resplendent fowl.
