Here’s a new and different Danish rock band. The music is catchy and very melodic without losing that important edge which makes rock music so interesting. Madison Flynt is an amazing live band that can grip and hold the audience until the final note has been played. They are full of dynamic energy and they never give up.



Madison Flynt are Kim, Soren, Rune from the town of Kolding and Jan from Copenhagen. These 4 guys are a hardworking rock band that give it their all for the music. They all have regular jobs on the side but it’s the music that fuels their appetite! Their music is an explosive blend of energetic rock, catchy pop and a pinch of melodious punk. These guys aren’t afraid of turning the volume up and they don’t hold back on the distortion or on the punchy and groovy bass lines. This toxic concoction makes their concerts fantastically memorable and proves that they are a band with a capitol B. These guys are all in it together and equality reigns high in this band but their charismatic lead singer Kim is sill the natural front man.



The four guys have many different musical backgrounds from e.g. rock, punk, metal, funk and hip-hop. This cocktail of inspiration helps give the music that extra lift and a very mixed Scandinavian/Europian/American sound. The fact that a lot of other people love the music has been proven at several occations. The TV-show Boogie at DR (Danish National Broadcast) chose Madison Flynt as one of their candidates for the Starfighters Contest in 2005. Madison Flynt participated the same year in the LiveContest and when they won the Unique Musical Talent contest on September 24th 2005 arranged by the Voice TV in a sold out venue called Pumpehuset in Copenhagen they signed a record deal with Shhh!! Records.



This means that Madison Flynt in June 2006 released their first single and video called “Brand New Me” which has been in rotation on several radio and TV stations. But because of different interests the band and label between the record deal ended on January 1st 2007. In September 2006 the band returned from a very successful tour in Malaysia where their single is in rotation on several local stations – radio as well as TV.



All in all, these guys are competent musicians that love what they do and still believe that rock/pop doesn’t have to be superficial and shallow.
