DESCRIPTION:
How to make a Classic Gin Martini - Dragon's Den Masterclass
- In a mixing glass, add ice, a bar spoon dry vermouth & stir for 30-40 seconds
- Strain out any excess liquid and then add 50 mL gin, top with ice and stir again for addition 30-40 seconds
- Strain liquid in to chilled martini glass
- Squeeze lemon oil over or add an olive or two
