lowstarr/ aka lee ramsay has been around since the early 90's representing nottinghams roller coaster music scene he was one of the first mcs to have a video on mtv and had appeared on the uk version of the yo!mtv rap show and regularly had spots on radio one rap show hosted by tim westwood along with his old group outdaville lee had achieved so many of his childhood goals at such an early age the only natural progression was to delve more deeper into the music he now goes under the alias of lowstarr producing and writing for artists his main artist at the moment is Cienna a young rnb singer who is set to do great things in the near future watch out for her album dropping in 2010
