Denzee

Denzee is widely known as the singer on a track that has now gone down in UK garage history - MonstaBoy feat. Denzee - "Sorry (I didn't know)," in 2000 when he had huge underground and chart success, reaching number 25 in the UK whilst being nominated in the Garage Awards for "Garage Anthem 2000."



Born May 1977, Denzee's influences are very much from the old skool, drawing inspiration from the Funk and Soul scene of the 1970s and the 1980s. His first studio album is being produced by Alex Wheeler (SuenoSoul - from Roger Sanchez's Stealth Records), StreetBeats' DJ Feva, Jay Knowles and Nicky Dimples and features guest appearances from Lee Ramsey, Mr. 45 and Watti.
