DESCRIPTION:
In the summer time in Brooklyn Union Pool throws outdoor shows on Saturdays called Summer Thunder. This particular weekend Love As Laughter was opening for J Mascis and friend's jam project Heavy Blanket. Heavy Blanket rocked so loud the neighbors cried. Luckily the Cops decided to stop by and shut the show down. Neighbors crying plus cops = no bueno. It was at 4:00 in the afternoon so there was no need for crying. Summer Thunder has successfully continued to this day despite crying neighbors and the glorious NYPD.
This song is a Love As Laughter rarity called 'Darker Still' , which J easily shredded on. Love As Laughter members Sam Jayne, Sonia Manalili, and Lee Hinshaw kept up okay. Go to tracksofquality.com for LAL news.
