Louis Rodriguez - "Drummer's March" - Video
PUBLISHED:  Mar 14, 2013
DESCRIPTION:
Take a trip to Germany and enjoy this terrific performance of Louis playing "Drummer's March" composed by Hermann Zilcher. Notice how Louis plays this as you would be viewing a band marching by, staring softly, getting louder and ending as if marching away. This was done at the Silicon Valley Accordion club meeting held in March 2013 in San Jose, CA. Awesome job, Louis!

Hermann Zilcher (18 August 1881 in Frankfurt -- 1 January 1948 in Würzburg) was a German composer and conductor (wikipedia). Zilcher was a pioneer in creating a "cluster" where many bass keys are played simultaneously to create a sound different than that of an accordion, in this song, it is a snare drum.
