"Lord Fester" is my school days friend, Fred Beltran, living in my building a few stories up; Fred used to play guitar in Paris 50's style Jump'n'Jive combo, Styl Bop, and later in Rockabilly-Punk group, The Snails", prior to fronting his own Country Blues band, Lord Fester Combo, here... He is also a famous comic-book drawer in his own right, part of the "Humanoïdes Associées" (kinda like the French equivalent to Marvel Comics Group )!
