DESCRIPTION:
Music City North's Queen Street Festival got off to a roaring start last night with a full slate of talent in various Queen Street West locations (The Hideaway, Velvet Underground, Bovine Sex Club) and close by at the Cherry Cola. I started my journey at the Hideaway and wound up at Cherry Cola's. I found this performance by LitteFoot LongFoot summed up the night, loud, energetic, and well attended. The festival continues until Sunday in the same locales (add the Horseshoe on Sunday night.) Who needs SXSW, give your support to this festival and help it grow. Bring your earplugs!
