Chris Layton, esteemed drummer of Stevie Ray Vaughan's Double Trouble and Experience Hendrix, came by the Reverb office to talk drums. First, Chris lays out the basics of the Texas Shuffle beat so prominent in Double Trouble's rhythm. Chris then discusses working with Stevie Ray Vaughan, the rerelease of the Live at Carnegie Hall record, and the new "Pride and Joy" exhibit now open at the Bullock Museum in Austin, Texas, curated by GRAMMY® at L.A.
