I've began writing seriously in 2002. Since 2004 I've been making regular trips to Nashville to write and network with industry friends/contacts. As a member of SongU.com, I’ve had many songs forwarded to artists through their pitch feature. In addition, I have the pleasure of being the NSAI Regional Workshop Coordinator for the Milwaukee area. It allows me to combine my love of songwriting and meeting/helping people and brings me (and hopefully the ones I help) great joy and encouragement.



One of my songs (Take Back The Night, written with Joie Scott) is being used by the international anti-abuse organization ’Take Back The Night’ (www.takebackthenight.org). Another song, written by myself, "Don’t Quit Now", has been used by the Special Olympics group in Wisconsin.



I’ve had the honor to write with several top name writers, including Joie Scott (Collin Raye/Shania Twain/Restless Heart), Marc-Alan Barnette (David Ball/John Berry), Aeriel Stiles (Pretty Boy Floyd), Lorna Flowers (great writer and demo producer), and many others.



I’d like to thank the talented studios/producers of my demos! (All studios are in or near the Nashville area.) 'The End Has Got To Start Somewhere' was done at Jay's Place; ’No Redemption’ was done by my good friend and cowriter, Aeriel Payton Stiles in his SONGWRITER DEMO SERVICES studio (see his pages in my top friends) as well as 'Beautiful Lips'; ’Take Back The Night’ was produced by the great Dan Serafini; 'Reconnect With Me' (The Harley Song), 'Impulsive' and 'Mis'd' were produced by another great friend of mine, Lee Turner in Boogie Man Studio. Lee also produced KatieBeth's song "That Ain't Love" (and the rest of her new cd, which contains 2 other songs I wrote or cowrote). GREAT JOB, EVERYONE!!!!!
