My name is Lincoln Foley Schofield but you can call me Linc. Here you will be able to learn about my life & keep up with everything I'm involved with. Currently I live in Greenwich Village, and I'm happy to call New York City home. I write & perform the music of my life in our times, and I am blessed to have a group of great friends that make up my band. My story starts at Corcoran High School on the west side of Syracuse, with my first band Dirt Poor.



.and goes on to Ithaca College, through 9/11.



.after college I moved to Key West to do some drinkin' & thinkin', where I recorded my first album, titled "Trespassing With Woody".



.and finally I'm in New York City where I'm working to introduce a New School of Ol' Time Rock 'n Roll



Reborn in Greenwich Village and inspired by the generations before us, Old Soul Rock n' Roll is a neighborhood music celebration I started with Sam McKeith, a former William Morris agent who signed Bruce Springsteen and Stevie Wonder. Old Soul Rock n' Roll is a series of live music events aimed at re-igniting the creative fervor and collaborative artistic expression that characterized the Greenwich Village art scene in the 1960's and 70's.



The first show was October '08 with Matt Abts & Danny Louis of Gov't Mule, Jimmy Vivino of Max Weinberg 7 and a pile of other incredible artists.
