DESCRIPTION:
Green Lion Crew returns with their latest release the Ganja Morning Riddim. This six track EP is based around the 1979 classic underground reggae track “Weed Fields” by Desi Roots. Recorded primarily in Kingston Jamaica, Green Lion’s infectious production style combines timeless dub and reggae that are rooted in traditional techniques. However, by incorporating elements of EDM and Hip Hop, the tracks challenge the status quo of everyday reggae “riddim” releases. The EP contains two hard hitting vocal tracks, three trippy phaser heavy dub mixes, and an instrumental version.

The Ganja Morning Riddim features artists King Mas (USA), reggae veteran Mikey General (JA), & Mr Williamz (UK). American reggae producer Zeke Stern (aka Green Lion) has also worked with Collie Buddz, Chronixx, Kabaka Pyramid, Beenie Man, & more. Artwork by Maria Pan (Italy)
