Life of Brian

Life of Brian is Brian McGuigan. He was born in New Britain, CT. His love affair with music started when he was 5 years old and he requested a radio for his birthday to listen to the top forty music of the early 70's. Brian quickly realized that Elton John was the dominate singer/songwriter of the time and firmly believed he too could write songs that the world would love. By 1976 at 10 years old Brian had joined the KISS Army and became a fanatic. He soon went through his brothers record collections and found Led Zeppelin and Paul Simon which inspired him to play guitar.

While in High School he took his first stabs at songwriting without any formal training. In collage at Eastern CT State University Brian played his first solo show. He performed 14 original songs to many standing ovations astonishing most of his friends who barely knew his musical abilities. Many shows followed and songwriting became apart of the fabric of his life.



Brian has written hundreds of song and compositions throughout the years and his brilliance continues today. He continues to update his myspace space with the latest song in the life of brian.
