DESCRIPTION:
Born in Brooklyn New York in 1946 as Lesley Sue Goldstein. She was discovered by Irving Green ( president of Mercury records) in the early 60's whilst singing with her cousins band. She had her first number 1 hit when she was 17 in 1963 with It's My Party. Which was rush released by Quincy Jones when he found out Phil Spector had plans to record it with The Crystals. They say for every boy and girl there's "Just one LOVE in this whole world " and IIIIII know I've found mine. Young Love x
