DESCRIPTION:
In the 1980s Leon Milo was one of a group of musicians who started a chamber ensemble called Xtet. News that Leon was near death prompted Xtet to organize a reunion.
Just before the day of the reunion Leon passed away. In place of a moment of silence, it was decided to ring bells in his memory. After all, Leon was an accomplished composer and percussionist and Xtet's members are all musicians.
So, on a beautiful day under the spreading branches of an even more beautiful tree, a group of musicians organized and performed a brief moment of music in memory of our friend and colleague Leon Milo. Read about Leon's life and work at http://www.leonmilo.com/
