Lavon Oshoon is like the new reflection of his dad when he was in his prime. The only thing that separates the soulful crooner from celebrities is money--because money is the root of a lot of evil. Lavon is formerly the lead singer of local hiphop band H2C (HardHead Committee). he was working da lateshift at a shell gas station and came up with the name. the original members are:lavon oshoon,draft calhoun,terrance west,jermaine mattison ,bishop and lamont blackshire. at that time they perfomed at and won many local talent shows. later on the group spread out and did new things,life made its adjustmants and so did lavon oshoon. while attending consumnes river college lavon,jermaine ,bishop and lamont remained. with 5 new people vernon fulllove a very skilled bassest though only in high school ,and gary dotson on da drums sumpton crazy,maraina [musik] a dope singer/rapper/poet, asuwit rodreguis da best guiter player in sac ,oak,la wherever and andre carpenter on the congos ,percusion . then that fell off but they had a lot shows out of it. it became lavon and dre who became very good producer, with 3 new heads sin streetz an intellagent gangtsa rapper on da rize out here, cleopatra jones on the vocals with a beautiful touch of sum of dat soul and veron on da m.i.c. H2C has helped a lot of artists become pure MCs, dancers, singers, musicians and producers. then that fell off . after about a 2 or 3 year layoff later Lavon Oshoon became a founding member of The Highest Under God, a group that fuses different styles of hip hop, soul, and R&B. and guess what yall? dat fell off .but Lavon is intense because he's very passionate about life and his music. He is an oldsoul ,a good father and an intellect with a sense of humor. Mic Jordan (who's performed with him since the late 90's) says he's the "ghetto minister".
