Lauren Mitchell Band in a stunning live performance of the classic song ' I'd Rather Go Blind '. This Lauren Mitchell Band video was recorded on July 20th 2012, at a live concert by the Lauren Mitchell Band in the Palladium Theater, St. Petersburg, FL.
The Lauren Mitchell Band is based out of Sarasota, FL and is gigging around the west coast of Florida. Lauren is a powerful and honest singer of the blues and soul music. Her mentors include Etta James, Koko Taylor, Aretha Franklin, Joss Stone, Janis Joplin, Susan Tedeschi - all of whom you will hear referenced in her singing, but always maintaining her own original style and voice. Lauren is fronting the Lauren Mitchell Band, a seasoned and polished backing band consisting of:
