Note: This video took more than 8 hours to upload!

Sorry for the delayed upload; I spent a whole day working on this video! Anyways, here's the third instalment in my series of coloured vinyl videos. This is a see-through collection of some very impressive synth music from the late 70's, performed by electronic music connoisseur Larry Fast, who is best known for his work with Peter Gabriel, Foreigner, Hall & Oates, Nektar, Tony Levin and many other famous names besides. In fact, he became a connoisseur of electronic music by taking his previous piano and violin lessons at Lafayette College in Pennsylvania and combining them with computer science.

In 1973, Fast was introduced to Rick Wakeman during a local radio interview, and travelled to England to work on Yes's album Tales from Topographic Oceans. In 1974/75, it was there that he earned his recording contract with Passport Records, and would go on to release nine albums for them under the Synergy name.

Cords is his third studio album. I have not heard much of Larry Fast's material (except for his debut album, "Electronic Realizations for Rock Orchestra"), but I must say this recording has been love since first listen. If you like electronic music, then this will definitely appeal to you. The late George Marino's great vinyl mastering job does the recording much justice! Also note the sunlight changes in the video - they unintentionally added to the surrealism!
