Lasadaii

Lasadaii , a Tanzanian hip hop artist and composer , became interested in poetry at the age of 10. He was amazed by how much words could have so much meaning if they were portrayed correctly. He started rapping at the age of 13 and considered it as a mere hobby. Over the years, he has received a lot of support and constructive criticism from close friends and those who bothered listening to his music. He started sampling music from old instrumentals and freestyling on those tracks at the age of 14. After having improved his lyrical capabilities, he collaborated with hip hop artists MC Ruthless (R.I.P), Delinquence and Big Mo. At the age of 16 he wanted to broaden his horizons on hip hop and began composing and producing his own instrumentals. He exponentially improved in both his lyrics and beats and then collaborated with friends and colleagues Kaspah and German artist Dub T. Lasadaii and Dub T were selected from competitors from the Arab World to perform at the X Games Dubai 2005 as one of the six hip hop acts. Lasadaii met up with producer Madness, founder of Audio Embassy, and with his help established a name for himself across the UAE. After moving to the United States, Lasadaii began working with local production house Expressed Entertainment and still is at present. Here he has begun to focus more on his instrumental composition and music production but still continues to express his lyrical capabilities as well. Hussain "Lasadaii" considers music to be an art which has to be done flawlessly and he is seriously considering it as a career.
