DESCRIPTION:
I think Tom Waits is a modern master. There are gorgeous melodies and elegant and wise ruminations concealed in his sometimes more harsh sounds. This is my version of a lesser-known gem of his. Here, he writes in the manner of a southern gospel song, but diverts almost 180 degrees in content by saying all are acceptable, and faith isn't actually even required to get on board. You need only an open heart.
